By registering for an account or using MyShopDeck, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our software platform.

1. Use of the Service

To create a storefront, you must provide a valid email, mobile number, and accurate registration details. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all actions taken on your storefront.

2. User Conduct & Listed Content

You retain ownership of the product information, images, pricing, and descriptions you upload. However, you agree NOT to list, sell, or advertise any products that:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any storefront that violates these terms immediately without prior notice.

3. Payments, Billing & Refunds

Our billing packages are charged monthly or yearly. Payment is charged in advance and is non-refundable unless specified otherwise by local law. New accounts include a 14-day free trial of the Starter plan — no credit card required during the trial. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your store will remain operational on the paid plan until the end of the paid cycle, after which your account features will be limited to the Starter tier.

4. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, nor are we responsible for any service dropouts, routing delays, or failure of payment arrangements conducted directly between you and your customers.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of the use of this service shall be handled in courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
