• Customer & Order Records: Customer names, delivery addresses, WhatsApp contact details, and itemized receipts generated through the POS or online checkout.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process and utilize your data strictly for legitimate operational purposes:

• To host, sync, and deliver your live point of sale system and customer-facing storefronts.
• To dispatch automated order notifications, billing receipts, and low-stock ledger alerts.
• To ensure platform stability, prevent fraud, and maintain cloud database backups.

3. Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell, rent, or trade your business data or customer records to advertisers. Data is only shared with trusted cloud hosting and payment processing infrastructure providers required to operate the service.

We implement encrypted database connections (TLS 1.3 / SSL) and industry-standard security practices. Account passwords are encrypted with bcrypt hashing.
